All products are made by hand and are held to high quality standards. All orders require UP TO 7-10 business days (Monday - Friday) to process before shipping. Processing times can change depending on order volumes.
Once your order has been placed on Rituallight.com, you will receive an email confirmation. When your order is fulfilled and has been transferred to the shipping courier you will also get an email notification that your order has shipped and is on its' way with a tracking number.
For minor address error corrections (house number, zip code and spelling errors etc.) please contact email@example.com within one hour after placing the order. After the one-hour window, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address will be changed.

Shipping & Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase made on Rituallight.com for any reason, you can return it for a FULL REFUND of product cost within 14 days of purchase. We are happy to provide FREE return label for all U.S. domestic Rituallight.com order returns. Shipping cost are not eligible for refunds.
We also cannot accept empty or nearly empty products containers/jars or containers tampered with or filled with other products for refund or exchange.
We cannot accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets. You must return the complete set for a refund.
Please note that if you redeemed a free promotional item with the purchase, it must be returned with the purchase item or refund will not be approved. Returns from Canada are also accepted but free return label is not available. Please review our return policy.
We only ship to U.S. & Canada. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We will be expanding our shipping regions soon, so sign up for newsletters and stay tuned.

Each order is meticulously inspected 3 times before it is shipped out to ensure each item is free of damages or defects. Once Packages leave our facility, we are no longer responsible for transit. Each product batch is made by hand with natural ingredients. The raw ingredients often vary slightly in color. Each product made by hand might also vary in design just like a unique handmade piece of art.
We only use natural mica powder, or use the natural color of natural ingredients as is. Mica is safe for all skin types and will not stain or irritate your skin.
