SHIPPING & RETURNS
U.S. DOMESTIC & CANADA SHIPMENTS
All products are made by hand and are held to high-quality standards. All orders require UP TO 7-10 business days (Monday - Friday) to process before shipping. Processing times can change depending on order volumes.
- We ship to the U.S. & Canada only
- FREE standard shipping on orders over $75
- Expedited Shipping is available for the U.S. only
CARRIERS
- FedEx/UPS/USPS signature can be requested
- FedEx/UPS/USPS does not consider weekends and holidays as business days
- PO box address will also be delivered via USPS and does not qualify for expedited shipping
GENERAL
After you place an order on Rituallight.com, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, we will send you a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.
To cancel or modify an order, please contact us within one hour after placing the order. After the one-hour window, we cannot guarantee the order can be modified or canceled.
We are not responsible for packages being delivered by third-party shipping agencies as well as the contents or the delivery once it has arrived at its original destination.
If you have any issues related to shipping please contact us as soon as possible and we will help you resolve it.
RETURNS
U.S. DOMESTIC
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase made on Rituallight.com for any reason, you can return it for a FULL REFUND of product cost within 14 days of purchase. We are happy to provide FREE return label for all U.S. domestic Rituallight.com order returns. Please note that if you redeemed a free promotional item with the purchase, it must be returned with the purchase item or refund will not be approved. Returns from Canada are also accepted but free return label is not available.
Only products purchased on Rituallight.com may be returned for a refund or exchange.
We cannot accept items purchased from another retail store location for an exchange or refund.
We also cannot accept empty or nearly empty products containers/jars or containers tampered with or filled with other products for refund or exchange.
Shipping cost are not eligible for refunds.
We cannot accept partial returns or exchanges for bundle sets. You must return the complete set for a refund.
If a package is marked as delivered, but it is stolen or you are unable to locate it, we are unable to refund the order amount.
We are not responsible for personal damages to an item. If the item has been dropped, stolen, spilled, misused, etc., we cannot refund or accept a return.
Simply email return@RitualLight.com for a complimentary pre-paid return label. We will issue the refund back to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days upon receiving and approving the return shipment. We will send an email to confirm the details of your refund.
